Initiated after the Covid restrictions, the project resumed in 2023 accommodating the new need for integrating remote attendees into Committee meetings, aligning with the Council’s future needs.

Camden Council faced difficulties integrating new technologies and managing overly complex meeting setups, a challenge CEC could encounter without a streamlined solution.

Civico implemented a unified hybrid Committee Meeting system, integrating various platforms, and removing technical complexity. Meetings have become more manageable, reducing unnecessary workflows and enhancing efficiency, mirroring Milton Kynes City Council’s project aims.

With Civico’s hybrid Committee system Milton Kynes City Council will be able to streamline the meeting process, making meetings less technically complex and more focused on content and participation, aligning with the Council’s goal for a modern, user-friendly system.

Just like with Camden, Civico could provide Milton Keynes Council with a unified end-to-end system that integrates with existing platforms, meeting the Council’s requirements for integrating with Modgov to the Council’s Microsoft Teams accounts, and potentially improving remote participation and management of meetings across multiple sites.
