Quick Implementation: The project was to be completed in 6 weeks due to Council timelines.
Ease of Use: The Council needed user-friendly system to facilitate the seamless configuration of room settings and display systems, meeting various room configurations and design needs.
Seamless Integration: Provide a native integration with the Council’s existing modgov and account Microsoft Teams accounts, to import agendas and meeting papers and automatically provide hybrid meetings with limited input from Committee support Officers.

Advanced AV Solutions:Very similar in its specification requirements, to that we are proposing for RBKC Council, Civico installed a state-of-the-art hybrid audiovisual system, including wireless Shure’s MXCW discussion systems, IP cameras, displays, and AV control systems, to meet the Oadby and Wigston Council's specific needs.
Hybrid Meeting Solutions:Enabled the combination of in-person and virtual meetings with seamless integrated microphone and camera systems management.
Simplified Controls: Easy-to-use system room control touch panel controls were installed in each room for convenient AV control.
